Super Talon!

Todays question that Miss Jill asked us was made for me!

"If I had a Superpower, what would it be and why?"

Sooooo hard to answer! How do I pick just one?!

In my bedroom I have cans of paint that each have a Superhero power in them. I use 'em all, but the one I use most is probably the super strength power. I think it's a must-have basic for any Superhero.
In Secondlife I was born with the ability to fly, with my super strength power I'm pretty much like Superman! He's one of my heroes.

Well, class calls...

"Lost"

"If you were stranded on a deserted island with three people from SL who would you choose and why?"

Way too easy! My three most important people on SL! My sister Millie, My bff Daoni and my buddy Madison.

I'd choose all three because they mean the most to me and I couldn't imagine SL without them.
They all have different personalities and traits that I think would be needed if we were all stranded. Millie is my sister, but she's kinda grown up and she'd make sure we ate dinner and brushed our teeth with twigs and stuff. Daoni is pretty tough so she could help me catch fishes and wild pigs to eat. Madison is funny, so he'd keep us entertained and he's sensitive too... so he'd make sure we get enough hugs!

A visit to Miss Jills.

Woah, two blogs in one day!

Today we started out home visits. This month we're going to visit each of our homes one by one to see how everyone lives and what "family" means to them.

First visit was to Miss Jills house. She lives in a pretty traditional house with her husband and four children. They have all the typical family rooms like family, kitchen bathrooms, bedrooms etc.
They have a diningroom that is really only used on special occasions, like Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Each girl has their own bedroom and the two boys share.

After the house tour we went outside to the garden for question time. We all asked questions about their family and family life.

More than jus' an egg!

The last couple of days we've had to care for an egg. Miss Jill gave us each an egg, told us it's gender for us to decorate it and then told us that we had to keep him/her in a 10m range of us.

My egg was a boy, which I called Eggbert. I decorated him with a space-like texture and gave him a few facial expressions that I can switch around.

Miss Jill said she'd be able to tell how we treat our eggs, but I thought that was just scare tactics and I was gonna just leave him in my inventory, but I decided to give it a real go and see how I would manage... turns out I kinda love my little Eggbert. I even stayed in the same clothes just because I didn't want to accidently detatch him and send him to my inventory. I only ever detatched him to take photographs. I logged in and out of Secondlife with Eggbert attached to my hand.

I do think I learned something valuable about commitment, responsibility and dedication... even towards an egg.

My accomplishments... do I even have any?

"What is your greatest accomplishment in Second Life?"
Woah... hardest topic so far!

I'm not a great builder, scripter or designer... or anything like that!
I wish I was! I'm slowly trying to learn to build, but it's nothing amazing at all.
So, I'd say my biggest accomplishment is the relationships I've made and have managed to maintain. My friends mean a whole bunch to me and they're by far my most important "thing" in Second Life. Does that count as an accomplishment?

Other than my friendships I really enjoy breeding horses, but the "special" babies that come from breeding them is more down to luck than anything else... so I won't count that as an accomplishment!

Ooooh and keeping up with this blog! I really didn't think I would/could, but I'm really loving it.

I hate to brag, but...

Today Miss Jill asked us the question "What is your favorite trait that you posess and why?"

This is real hard for me to say good things about myself. I can roll off a million and one good traits about my family and friends, but for some reason it's hard to say my own.

If I HAVE to...

I'll go with "honesty"
I think honesty is always the best policy and I think most people appreciate it, even if it's sometimes hard to hear. I'll always be honest, whether it's to "does my butt look big in this?" or giving my opinion about more serious stuff. I think my friends know that they'll always get an honest and genuine answer from me.

Buh bye for now.

The world is my oyster!

Todays topic: "If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?"
Simple! Japan!

Growing up we used to have international students stay with us while they went to the local English school to better their English. Many of them were Japanese and I seemed to make friends with them all instantly... maybe I'm a millionth Japanese or something?
I like the art, culture, history and scenery and would love to surround myself with it forever! I should probably visit first though, huh?

さようなら。

P.s. トイレはどこですか。(See, even "Where is the toilet?" looks cool in Japanese!)
